STEM-E Annual Pickleball Tournament & Festival

SAVE THE DATE!

This annual festival will include a pickleball tournament and numerous family-friendly activities, including a bouncy house, corn hole toss, face painting, popcorn, cotton candy, silent auction (see items below), and amazing raffles (Bourbon pool, pickleball accessories, and more, see items below). Breakfast, lunch and dessert food trucks will be present to sell meals throughout the event, along with adult-beverage booths, all helping to give back. Booths will be present to provide information about our community programs and opportunities to sign up and benefit! Also check out our list of Celebrity Players and appearances!

Event will run rain or shine! Refunds are accepted until 7 days before the event.

Pickleball Tournament

Tournament Rules:

• Registration closes 15 minutes before game play
• Games are played First to 15
• For each Level (Beg, Int, Adv), 16 teams will play in 2 brackets of 8 teams, 7 rounds
• Top 2 teams from each bracket will play semi-finalist round
• Top 2 semi-finalist teams will play a final round
• Bottom 2 semi-finalist teams will play for 3rd place
• USAP rules apply

Player Tickets: $75/player

PARTNER NOT REQUIRED AT SIGN-UP

ALL UNMATCHED PLAYERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ASSIGNED A PARTNER THE DAY OF THE EVENT!

Use this link to learn your level

• Beginner (2.5 and below) – PLAY 8am-11am (times may vary)
• Intermediate (3.0-3.5) – PLAY 11am – 3pm (30min break 12-12:30pm, may end at 2:30pm, times may vary)
• Advanced (4.0+) – PLAY 3pm – 6pm (times may vary)
• All games are Co-Ed for Ages 12+ years old (teams can be all male, all female or mixed)
